New Years Resolutions

Who actually follows through on their new years resolution? I quit making them because i never followed through. Great for a day, a week, maybe 2 weeks, and then back to normal. Real change has to come from the heart, not some yearly tradition. If you want to change something in your life, don't wait until new years. I quit smoking October 2018 because I finally had enough. I made that resolution too many times and it never worked out, probably because it really was a charade. I didn't want to quit then. Hey it's New Years, I should quit smoking! Nope. Maybe those resolutions worked for you and great if they did! I just don't know too many people that they actually did work out for. In a nut shell, I'm saying, if you want to change something in your life, do it now! Don't wait for anything, because no one will do it for you. Not a holiday, friend, parent, child or spouse, only you. You can do it!

So with that being said, I have no New Years resolution. But, I do have some goals to accomplish this year and I'm already off to a good start, I hope you are too!
